I've been using Linux for a year now and I feel like I'm ready for something else. What distro flavors do you recommend?

I just recently converted my servers from CentOS to Debian and they're quite a bit faster
I'm testing out Gentoo on my home box and it seems nice
I used to like Fedora for a desktop OS but now it's feeling... too bloated, so I've been testing (X)Ubuntu for about a month now, it satisfies me enough to keep
